| Pete Pereira began his career in advertising, moving to a sales position
with Glaxo Pharmaceuticals in Malaysia In his five years with the company,
Pete worked in Sales Management, Training and Marketing. The Sales
Management roles which followed at Boustead and Zuellig Pharmaceuticals
gave Pete extensive experience in distribution and in the OTC. Market.
In 2000, Pete joined Right Management as a Senior Consultant specializing
in Behavioural Change. Pete has delivered tailored training to a
wide range of clients at all levels of organisations, from front-line
staff to Senior Management Teams. Clients include Pfizer, Astro,
Sun Microsystems, DHL, American Express, Bristol Myers Squibb, Bank
of Commerce, Petronas and Confederation of Malaysian Tobacco Manufacturers.
He has worked in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Australia,
Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India, Bangladesh, Vietnam and the United Kingdom.
In 2002 Pete set up Aspire Consulting and continues to work throughout
the region with a wide range of multi-national clients.

| Helen Langhammer started her career in sales with Glaxo
Pharmaceuticals in the UK and over seven years with the company worked
in a variety of roles including Market Development and IT Training.
In 1996, Helen took a position as Training Manager with Innovex, a
global contract sales organisation.
In 1999, Helen became a Senior Training Consultant with Insight
Marketing and People, a consultancy specialising in training in the
B2B sector.In 2001, she moved to Malaysia to work with Insight’s
Asian office. Helen has delivered training in Europe, America and
Asia. Since moving to Malaysia, she has worked locally and in Singapore,
Thailand, Indonesia, China, Japan, Vietnam and Sri Lanka. Clients
include, ICI Paints, Uniqema, Dow Corning Chemicals, UCB Chemicals,
BP, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, UCB Pharmaceuticals, Leo Pharmaceuticals,
Aventis Pasteur, Sunway Medical Centre, DHL, Nestle and Bausch and
Lomb. In 2003, Helen joined Aspire Consulting as a Director. |
