| Lee Milstein |
Lee brings a unique set of skills and experience to the multicultural
consulting, training, coaching and marketing environments. He has
travelled, resided, worked and trained professionally in more than
35 countries and is currently managing director of Global Diversity
Management Sdn Bhd, a training organization based in Kuala Lumpur,
Malaysia.
Prior to his relocation to Malaysia, Lee lived in the United
States, delivering cross cultural and global management training
programs internationally to diverse organizations including General
Motors, Ford, Avery Dennison, Hewlett-Packard, GE Aircraft Engines,
GTE, Baxter Pharmaceuticals, Principal Insurance, and Nokia. His
expertise in career transitions and outplacement consulting resulted
in projects with Motorola, IBM, AOL and other Fortune 500 companies.
Lee
has extensive international business and marketing experience and
has designed intercultural strategy training programs for organizations
in global business, hospitality, tourism, education and social
services for more than twenty-five years. He has collaborated
on training, marketing and educational projects in Tokyo, Bangkok,
Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Honolulu, Portland, Los Angeles,
Detroit, Tucson, New York, Mexico City and the Peruvian Amazon
for numerous clients including: Nike International, Hilton International-Asia
and the Pacific, Samsung Corporation, Phillips Petroleum, Portland
Community College, Ottawa University, LPPM Graduate Management
School Indonesia, and the International School of Bangkok. |

| Anis Whittingham |
Anis Whittingham has a Bachelor of Arts in Education and an MA
TESL from Seattle University and Northern Arizona University, USA.
She has 15 years of work experience in communications, customer
relations, franchise business and management consultancy both in
Malaysia and the England.
She started her career lecturing at UiTM overseas twinning programmes,
developing syllabi and curriculum for the degree students and spearheading
the annual language camps. She then moved to Celcom Academy to do
training and staff development.
She was involved in the franchising business for 3 years, in business
operations and was one of the original team members of the first
Malaysian hot dog franchisor, the 1901 Sdn. Bhd. As a senior manager
she was responsible for successful fund raising for the company.
During her two year stay in England, Anis conducted the Electronic
Customer Service Relations (ECRM) training programmes for SkyDeal
and Eurostar. She developed and managed events for Virtual Knowledge,
Malaysian Students Department and Perwakilan London (Persatuan Wanita
Kementerian Luar Negeri). She was also a substitute EFL lecturer
for Kensington and Chelsea College, London at Marlborough, Hortensia
and Holland Park campuses.
At present, Anis is an associate consultant with several consulting
firms in Klang Valley. Her work involves consulting in career transitions,
teambuilding and customer service. |

Ravichandran Moorthy
Ravi has over 30 years multi-market and multi-cultural business
experience in South East Asia and Taiwan.
As the Managing Principal of Right Management Consultants, a leading
global HR consulting company, Ravi was responsible for the start
up of Right’s Kuala Lumpur office in June 1998. Besides developing
presence in Malaysia, he has provided consulting in Dubai, Indonesia,
Singapore and Vietnam working with over 10 different nationalities
with varied cultural background.
Prior to joining Right, he has had a distinguished career with leading
multi-national corporation Gillette, where he held several senior
management positions, including Managing Director in Malaysia, General
Manager positions in Taiwan and Singapore, Marketing Manager for
Malaysia and Financial Controller, Indonesia.
His broad hands-on experience has provided him with intimate knowledge
in the key business disciplines of sales, marketing, finance and
human resources. These business skills, coupled with his years of
consulting, ensure his credibility with senior level client engagements – be
they executive coaching, team building, change management or career
management.
Ravi has lead and managed Leadership, Career Management and Change
programs for some major clients in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare,
IT, Petro Chemical, Banking, Communications and Consumer Goods industries. |
